The Toowong and District Historical Society Inc. formed in 2003. The Society focuses on the suburbs
of Toowong, Milton, Auchenflower and parts of Mt Coot-tha, as it once was administered by the
Town of Toowong. The work of the Society focuses on monthly talks by historians and local
enthusiasts. The Society has a small photographic collection.
